What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and a shutter count increase of no more than 100 frames.
Do you offer international shipping for professional gear?
We ship worldwide via insured express couriers. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient based on local regulations.
Can I trade in my old camera gear for store credit?
Absolutely. Use our online valuation tool to get an estimate. Once we verify the condition of your gear, we will apply the credit directly to your Irohas Photo account.
How can I track my high-value shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery to ensure security.
