At Irohas Photo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, lens caps, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
